The wide experience gathered in the tube industry puts Atomat in the position to offer a complete array of products and services. The continuous introduction of brand new equipment in our integrated CAD/CAM computer network is a valuable key to increase the capacity in terms of dimensions and productivity. We cover the welded tube production range from Ø 6 to Ø 610 mm for a large range of applications:
- Tube industry: Automotive, Structural, Mechanical, Furniture, API, Conduit
- Materials processed: HR/CR Carbon Steel, Dual Phase, Stainless Steel, Aluminium
- Welding systems: HF, Laser, TIG
Design, production workflow, heat treatments, tolerances, profile finishing and overall details are tailored in consideration of the specific application required.
Along with steel rolls, we also develop and manufacture:
- wear resistant rolls with inserts in tungsten carbide, which further to the longer working life permits to reduce downtime and increase quality of tube surface
- floating flanges rolls to prevent marks on the tube especially for stainless steel products
- combined material solutions (i.e. steel and bronze)
